About Us

Before starting Elite Makeovers, owner Regan Gee and brother Brenton Gee ran a successful construction company in Brookvale, a suburb of Northern Beaches Sydney in New South Wales, Australia for nearly 10 years.

The company was part of a world-wide full-service specialising in home and business remodelling. While managing a large team, the brothers worked on kitchen and bathroom renovations, wood cabinet refacing, carpentry and woodwork for people’s homes as well as commercial projects.

In 2018, both Regan and Brenton decided that it was time to leave Sydney and move back to New Zealand to enjoy a better work/life balance, take part in the many sports and outdoor pursuits he loves, and most importantly, to spend more quality time with his family.

Elite Makeovers help home owners in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and the wider Western Bay of Plenty improve their homes and outdoor spaces. Comfortable with a full range of home renovation projects, kitchen and bathroom remodelling, and expertly skilled in woodwork and carpentry, they are the men to call if you need a small building project done.

Elite remodeled my kitchen, scullary, and kitchenette , they removed and replaced 3 bathrooms back to the wall framing. Regan helped me design the kitchen prior to construction, providing 3d imaging and samples of counter tops, cabinet doors and hardware for clarity. I found Elite a professional, detailed company to work with, their workmanship, and their sub contractors workmanship is the best I have experienced, during the project they proved to be reliable, honest and fair with any variations, I will definitely use Elite again.

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and laundry! From the design to the installation, Elite Kitchens were easy to work with, offered fantastic advice and were great at problem solving. There was no mess left behind, everything was on time and the workmanship was faultless. The team also created some window seats and an entrance area for us — it was so handy having one company looking after everything. For a fab result with no stress I’d highly recommend these guys!
